It had been over four years since our critically acclaimed work on the laugh track for NPR's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me and it was time to get back on the wagon. Luckily, A Prairie Home Companion has a new host and he brought the show to Seattle. Chris Thile, formerly of Nickel Creek and now a Punch Brother and MacArthur Genius, is a ninja on the mandolin. Also on the show were Sarah Jarosz (Urban Outcast Song #5), Regina Spektor, and the Shins. You can skip to minute six to hear bluegrass Nirvana but I recommend the whole show.
Urban Outcast Music Discovery, Song #8, My Oh My by Punch Brothers
(It didn't make the show but Mr. Thile started things off with a solo version of this song)
